What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a membership-based model that replaces rushed, high-volume care with a close, ongoing relationship with your physician. For a simple monthly fee, you get unrushed appointments, direct access to your doctor, and proactive, personalized care.

How is Unify Care different from a traditional doctor's office?

We intentionally keep our patient panel small so we can spend real time with you: same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, 24/7 access to your physician, in-home and telehealth options, and hands-on coordination with specialists.

Who are the physicians at Unify Care?

Unify Care was co-founded by Dr. Haik Yanashyan (Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care) and Dr. Kate Mower (Internal Medicine, Anti-Aging, and Longevity). Both are board-certified. Read their stories on our Our Doctors page.

What areas do you serve?

We serve patients across Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, Palm Springs, San Bernardino, and San Diego, with in-home visits, office visits, and telehealth. Our clinic is in Redlands, CA.

Membership and Pricing

How much does membership cost?

Our Standard plan starts at $399/month and Premium (VIP) is $799/month, both with an annual subscription. We also offer a Pay-Per-Visit option for non-members. See details on our Membership page.

What's the difference between the Standard and Premium plans?

Standard includes comprehensive primary care with up to 5 house calls a year, unlimited telehealth, and preferential pricing on diagnostics. Premium (VIP) is all-inclusive, with up to 10 house calls, 24/7 telehealth, comprehensive diagnostics, hospital coordination, and vaccinations and injectables included.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Choosing an annual subscription saves you 20% compared to paying month-to-month.

Can I get care without becoming a member?

Yes. Our Pay-Per-Visit option gives non-members access to a comprehensive initial consultation, with the option to convert to a subscription at a prorated rate anytime.

What is included in my membership?

Depending on your plan: an initial in-home consultation, annual health assessments, house calls, unlimited telehealth, specialist access, in-home lab draws, preferential pricing on diagnostics, wellness planning, and care coordination. See the full comparison on our Membership page.

Appointments and Access

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Members typically receive same-day or next-day appointments, including evenings and weekends, so there is no more waiting weeks for a routine visit.

Can I reach my doctor after hours?

Yes. Direct physician access is central to concierge care. Premium members have 24/7 access, so you can reach your care team whenever a concern arises.

Do you offer telehealth visits?

Absolutely. Telehealth is included with membership, making it easy to connect with your physician from home, work, or while traveling within our service area.

How long are appointments?

Longer than you're used to. Because we keep our panel small, we take the time to review your history, answer your questions, and build a plan around your goals, without rushing.

Do you see patients in their homes?

Yes. In-home visits are a core part of our concierge service. Our physicians come to your home, office, or private space, and telehealth is always available when that's more convenient.

Do you serve elderly patients at home?

Yes. In-home visits are one of our most requested services for elderly patients and those managing ongoing conditions, delivering full physician-led care in the comfort of home.

Can I receive care while traveling within Southern California?

Yes. We come to you wherever you are in our service area, and telehealth is always available so your care never pauses.

Insurance and Billing

Does membership replace my health insurance?

No. Concierge membership works alongside your insurance. We recommend keeping insurance for labs, specialists, imaging, hospital care, and emergencies, while your membership covers your direct, ongoing relationship with us.

Will I still need insurance for labs, specialists, or hospital stays?

Yes. Your insurance continues to cover those services, and we coordinate directly with specialists and hospitals so your care stays seamless.

Do you help with prescription management?

Yes. We coordinate prescriptions with your preferred pharmacy and manage refills as part of your ongoing care.

What services do you offer?

Concierge primary and preventive care, chronic-condition management, longevity and functional medicine, and a full range of aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. Explore everything on our Services page.

Do you offer aesthetic and anti-aging treatments?

Yes. Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, and chemical peels, available in our Redlands clinic or as concierge in-home visits. Members receive preferential pricing on these services.

Can you manage chronic conditions?

Yes. Proactive, continuous management of conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory illness is one of the biggest advantages of concierge care. We track your numbers and adjust your plan in real time.

Can you coordinate care with specialists?

Yes. We leverage active relationships with local specialists and hospitals to coordinate referrals and help you bypass long waitlists and administrative delays.
